About Cincinnati ProWash

Kentucky washing experience, now working both sides of the river.

Why Cincinnati

Cincinnati ProWash is owned and operated by Mike Inman, part of the ProWash family of Kentucky exterior cleaning companies. The playbook was proven over years of washing Kentucky homes. Firm quotes, straight answers, the correct method for each surface, and results the customer can check from the curb before paying.

Cincinnati earned a dedicated operation because the Tri State is its own animal. This is one of the most brick heavy metros in the Midwest, with entire neighborhoods of soft brick laid before 1930 that a careless pressure washer can permanently scar. It is a hillside city where the back of a house can tower three stories over a walk out basement. And it splits across a river into two states, where too many companies treat the Kentucky side as optional. Our number starts with 859. Northern Kentucky is home turf.

We run as a service area business with no storefront, covering Hamilton, Butler, Warren, and Clermont County in Ohio plus Boone, Kenton, and Campbell County in Kentucky. Call or text 859.489.2342 and you talk to Mike, not a queue.

Questions about Cincinnati ProWash

Who owns Cincinnati ProWash?
Mike Inman, owner of the ProWash family of Kentucky washing companies. He quotes and stands behind every Cincinnati job personally.
Are you insured for work in both Ohio and Kentucky?
Yes. General liability coverage rides on every job on both sides of the river, residential and commercial, and proof of insurance is available on request.
Do you handle historic homes?
Carefully, and yes. Soft brick, lime mortar, painted wood siding, and slate roofs all get low pressure methods designed for old materials. If a surface should not be washed at all, we say so.
Do you charge extra to cross the river?
No. Northern Kentucky and the Ohio side are quoted from the same rate sheet. Distance only matters at the far edges of the Tri State, and we tell you before quoting if it applies.
